Important things that happened[edit]

Shouichi's memories recovered
  • Shouichi goes home and uses tomatoes to cook a feast for the Misugi family. The family asks him how he is talented in cooking; they surprisingly find out Shouichi's memories have recovered as he speaks about his hatred towards tomatoes in his childhood.
  • The next day, Shouichi travels to Nagoya to find the real Tsugami Shouichi, currently known as Sawaki Tetsuya. A university staff tells him that Sawaki has already left the school; now living in a mansion in Tokyo. Shouichi returns to Tokyo to pay the man a visit.
  • Sawaki returns home from some personal business; he discovers Shouichi left to fight the Unknowns. Sensing the appearance of Agito, Sawaki remembers the time when he wasn't able to save Yukina from her attempt of suicide.
Ryou and other Akatsuki-gou members
  • Ryou finds his way to Sagara Katsuhiko and Sekiya Masumi through the names of his father's notebook. Sagara and Masumi go out for a drive, but they're attacked by the Corvus Ruscus Unknown. Ryou saves them as Gills; unfortunately, he suffers the side effects of the transformation. Sagara and Masumi bring Ryou to safety at their apartment after the battle.
  • Sagara goes to meet with the rumored Kino, he leaves Ryou to Masumi's care. On the streets, Sawaki walks from the opposite side and unlocks Sagara's power. Sagara is hunted by the Corvus Intonsusu Unknown until Shouichi intercepts it.
  • Masumi believes Ryou is dangerous and tries to kill him by attaching a gas tube into a power socket to make him suffocate to death.

Trivia[edit]

  • During dinner, Shouichi accidentally reveals to the Misugi family that his memories are restored. He recalls that he hated tomatoes as a child; apparently he even ran away from home once because he had tomatoes for dinner with his family. Shouichi emphasizes himself with Taiichi who also hates tomatoes.
  • Masumi is playing a game of cat and mouse on her computer when Ryou arrives. When he mentions the Akatsuki-gou, the computer screen shows a Game Over message.
  • Shouichi goes through Sawaki's room at a university in Nagoya, the room is decorated with a few Buddhist artworks hanging on the wall. There is a photo of Sawaki himself with Yukina together; hinting they both were lovers.
  • In Shouichi's memories, Yukina tells him to come. In Sawaki Tetsuya's memories, she tells him to stay away. This contrast is even stronger in Japanese since the verb "to come" is used in both sentences.
