AkibaRed

アキバレッド The main character in Hikounin Sentai AkibaRanger.

The original AkibaRed is Akagi Nobuo.

Transformation

Like the other AkibaRangers, Akagi transforms using the Mo-e Mo-e Zukyuun (MMZ). When it's in its magnum mode, Akagi shouts "Juu Mousou/Deep Delusions". MMZ will shout "Zukyuun" and AkibaRed's armor will form on his body. The helmet will cover his face, then a plate will form across his chest.

AkibaRed's powers

Main weapon is the Mo-e Mo-e Zukyuun (MMZ-01).

• Normal Attack [Temp] - The MMZ's normal attack, a simple gun shot. The joke in this name is that they never get around to giving it a name, forever being a temporary filler name.
• Hissatsu - The finisher attack, usually done in conjunction with Yellow and Blue. When the trigger is pressed, the MMZ shouts "Iku ze/Let's go!" and a powerful burst will be unleashed upon their enemies.

Outrageous Powers

• Deka Wappa - AkibaRed is the first one to summon an official member, DekaRed. DekaRed appears, calls Akagi his partner, then transforms into the Deka Wappa, giant handcuffs.
• Bouken Scooper - The Outrageous Power that BoukenRed gave Mitsuki. AkibaRed can use it too.
• Jetman's Wings - With Jetman's help, AkibaRed was able to fly and pursue a fleeing enemy.
• Outrageous Cannon - By combining the three Outrageous Powers, they form a stereotypical Sentai cannon weapon.

Reign of Tsuzuki Takuma

Tsuzuki Takuma - Played by: Takagi Shinpei

When Akagi is summoned to the Pentagon, Hakase's brother takes over as the new AkibaRed. This plot is directly lifted from Sun Vulcan.

As the new AkibaRed, he's the heart/Shin of the ShinGiTai triangle.

He uses two attacks in the episode that he appears.

• Savage Mice - An attack that references Director Tasaki's movie Salvage Mice. The katakana used to spell the attack name on the Akiba news page makes it sound more like Surge Mice, but this is likely to be a mistake. The same paragraph also translates it as "savage" and Savage and Salvage look similar, while Surge looks nothing like Salvage.
• Savage Jaguar - A combination of Savage Mice and GekiBlue's Geki Beast (GekiBlue played by the actor whose Takuma's twin brother).
