Trivia

  • Michael's dancers are the cat aliens from episode one.
  • The SP License lists the enemies as Alagolians. With the names in English: Breanddel, Dzeene, and Wdinscky.
  • Mari's full name is a reference to the marigold flower. (Golden flowers are shown prominently in the movie.) In the brief moment of her transformation, we see that her suit is golden with a black X for 10 design on her chest.
  • According to Mari's license, her weapons include D-Arms, D-Smasher-01, and D-Smasher-02.
  • In the manga, the English spelling for the planet is Lesly.
    • Mary Gold is spelled with a y in the manga.
  • The Gas Drinkers have an alcohol theme. Their home planet of Alghol is a derivation from the word Alcohol.
    • Volgaa, Brandel, Jiin, and Whinsky are references to the alcoholic drinks Vodka, Brandy, Gin, and Whiskey.
  • There was a problem with the DVD release. The saturation for the color blue was set too low, making the blue in the ending sequence look gray. (See pictures in gallery) People joking referred to Hoji as DekaGray during this sequence. The color was fixed for the Blu-ray release.
