推参

A flashy way of announcing one's entrance. This method of announcing oneself is somewhat archaic and is associated with period dramas.

Like Kenzan, however there's more of a surprise element to Suisan. Here's the dictionary definition:
(adj-na,n) paying an unannounced visit, rudeness

Examples

Gant from JustiRisers would announce his entrance this way.

Variation

Kenzan

Sanjou
