Sealing Shurikens in Ninninger hands: 27, In Kyuuemon's: 1
- The next episode will skip next week and air November 8th instead.
- The demon sword Urasame is a reference to the demon sword Muramasa, which is said to require blood before being sheathed again, least the user commit suicide. (May actually be referring to the sword Uramasa from Shinkenger which in turn is a reference to Muramasa).
- Though we call it a demon sword, the proper term is Youto, which is a combination of Youkai and To(Blade).
- The kanji for Urasame 浦鮫 means "coast shark".
- Kininger's new attack has a AkibaRanger flavor to it. He calls it Ki Nin Zan, but then follows it up with (This is a placeholder name).
- Tsugomori usually goes out of the way to mispronounce Kyuuemon's name, but in this episode he doesn't do it even once.
Out of Episode Trivia
- During the ending theme, there's a guess the number of colored fireworks there are. The colors match the colors on the remote for TV's in Japan.

- Super Hero Time intro with Ghost this week. The heaven kanji (天) in both their names are highlighted red.
