- This episode airs on Sougo's birthday, April 28.
- This is also the last episode of the Heisei era which ends on April 30. The next episode will be the start of the new era of Japan, Reiwa.
- Geiz does nearly 400 push-ups with Woz ruins all the efforts as he walks by.
- In his elementary school yearbook, Sougo wrote his best subject was "building a country".
- Best skill is sleeping.
- "My dream is to become the ideal king. To protect a world where everyone can smile. My dream is to be a wonderful king like that."
- Woz's calendar organizes the dates from Monday to Sunday.
- Tsuzumiya Tsutomu plays Tekken 7 at a game center as Heure approaches him.
- Tsutomu is a fitting name for the character, since one of the themes from Hibiki was to train and work hard. And Tsutomu in Japanese means "to work hard". Tsuzu in his family name means "drum".
- Tsutomu was Sougo's elementary school classmate. He's dream was to be an oni and cited Hibiki as the only master he wanted to learn from.
- While fighting Another Hibiki, Geiz says that magic works best with oni. This might be a reference to Hibiki airing alongside MagiRanger, a Sentai whose theme was magic.
- Kiriya Kyousuke requests Sougo and Geiz to practice with the taiko drum. The taiko drum is a tool to purify lands, purge evil, and celebrate life. In Ep 13, Decade transformed into Hibiki to defeat Zi-O Ghost Armor as ghost means evil spirit.
- Todoroki camps in a rural area. In Hibiki, filming regularly took place in the rural areas where the public are unaffected by the battles against Makamou.
- Woz is the only one who continues to play the taiko drum. As part of the physical training, Sougo lifts a pair of dumbbells until he gets tired while Geiz lifts a 115kg barbell with no problem.
- Todoroki describes Kyousuke as a nameless oni because he couldn't inherit Hibiki's name.
