W Kamen Rider Double

September 6, 2009 - August 29, 2010. (49 episodes)

Part of the Heisei Rider 10th anniversary project. Catchphrases are, "These two are a single Kamen Rider" and "This clinches it!" Aired alongside Samurai Sentai Shinkenger and Tensou Sentai Goseiger.

Characters

Narumi Detective Agency

A half-boiled detective with delusions of being hard-boiled. Becomes the left side of Kamen Rider W. Grew up an orphan in Fuuto, which is probably why he sees Narumi Soukichi as a father figure. He addresses him as "Boss". He runs the Narumi Detective Agency in Soukichi's absence.
Family name means "left" and his given name comes from the creator of Kamen Rider's name, Ishinomori Shoutarou.

Philip フィリップ/ Kamen Rider W - Suda Masaki

A boy with the Planetary Bookshelves in his mind. At the start of the series, he is a bit detached from the world. Apparently his outfit is in the style of modern Fuuto wear, but no one else is seen wearing his style of clothing.
Named after Philip Marlowe, the detective protagonist of "The Long Goodbye". Becomes the right side of W.

The daughter of Soukichi Narumi, the former owner of the Narumi Detective Agency. She considers herself to be the boss of the agency, and often bosses around Shoutarou. She also refers to him as, "half-boiled". Her catchphrase is, "Nobody told me about this!". She often carries around a slipper with kanji on it that she hits people with, referring to her origins growing up in Osaka. Osaka is known for their comedians.

People of Fuuto

Note, when it appears on signs in English, the city's name is spelled Futo.

One of Shoutarou's informants.

Santa-chan - Fukkin Zennosuke

Another of Shoutarou's informants.

With Elizabeth, they know everything that goes on with the youths of Fuuto.

Along with Queen, they keep a pulse on all the gossip going around. Their combined names are a reference to Queen Elizabeth.

Fuuto Police Department

Terui Ryuu 照井 竜 - Kinomoto Minehiro

The young Superintendent appointed to the Fuuto Police Department's Paranormal Crime Investigation Division (超常犯罪捜査課 Chōjō Hanzai Sōsaka). He originally becomes Kamen Rider Accel in order to find his family's murderer.

Senior detective of the Fuuto Police Department. Makura is his partner. He is very gullible and tends to fall for the same trick every time. Despite his personality, he is a dedicated officer.

Makura Shun 真倉 俊 - Nakagawa Shingo

Jinno's partner, a rookie detective. He's a pleasant guy who has doubts over Shotarou's skills and finds his involvement in the Dopant cases unnecessary. He and Shotarou often get into fights when together, and Jinno has to break them up. Extremely impulsive, and often jumps to conclusions when it comes to solving crimes and accuses people of a crime without any solid proof. He is nicknamed Makki by Shotarou.
