Important things that happened
- Hina's dream is to design western clothes in France.
- Ankh begins to show flashes of Shingo's personality coming out. When he leaves his body to get some Core Medals from Kazari, Shingo's body began moving by itself.
- Date has a bullet in his head from a battle. It's now beginning to affect him when he fights as Birth causing him to have serious pain throughout his body.
- After seeing Ankh (Lost) with Kazari, Uva decides to revive Mezool and Gamel.

- It was created from the second place trophy that Sugiura Shouko threw in the trash. It has the ability to extract an object that represents a person's dream and able to destroy it. Thus the person has lost its dream and doesn't care that if they lost it. It is able to hold its own in combat with its powerful physical attacks.

- The Episode Title refers to what the Unicorn Yummy destroys, Izumi Shingo, and Date has a bullet in his head.
- When Eiji is onstage displaying Hina's outfit, he does motions similar to OOO especially when he scans the Medals on the OOODriver.
- The street musicians are called Michibata Lion and played by Tsuyoshi Himura from everset and AYANO from Full Ahead. They have done various songs for the Kamen Rider franchise for a number of years. The song they were playing is the Wind Wave theme song.
- Eiji is able to use the Putotyra Axe outside of the Putotyra Combo.
