Important things that happened
Setting: Natsumi's World
- In Natsumi's dream, all Riders are killed by a mysterious figure known as Decade.
- Natsumi's World is suddenly on the verge of destruction. Kurenai Wataru askes Tsukasa to save the world.
- Natsumi discovers the DecadeDriver buried in the rubble. Tsukasa uses the Driver to transform into Decade. Unfortunately, all the cards are rendered useless after the battles.

- Natsumi senses the Mirror World sound effects when Ryuki was nearby in the Mirror World.
- Seto Koji reprises his role as Kurenai Wataru from Kamen Rider Kiva.
- Takaiwa Seiji was the stunt actor for the Heisei Riders (except Kuuga and Hibiki). Once again, he performs stunts for the Riders (Kabuto and Faiz) because Decade uses a set of "KAMEN RIDE: ____" cards to transform into those Riders.
