Trivia
- Tsukasa's actor is also a voice actor. Probably best known for his role as Shadow Moon from Kamen Rider Black and Kintaros from Kamen Rider Den-O.
- The ramen shop owner is a frequent guest star in Toei works.
- Obviously the ramen shop owner's naruto fortunetelling is bogus. If he had supernatural powers the Unknown would have gone after him.
- Shop owner does fortunetelling for Hikawa and Ozawa, but has nothing for Omuro.
- It is revealed that Houjou figures out that Hanamura was murdered because the watch was put on his right hand, a tendency of a left-handed person. Tsukasa is seen using his left hand when eating a sandwich with Houjou. Tsukasa explains he is left-handed because he was shot in the right arm while protecting Houjou.
- The ideal that Tsukasa taught Houjou was "Eliminating all bias and going straight for the truth", which Houjou is able to painfully exercise by confronting Tsukasa about Hanamura's murder. Tsukasa remarks that he saved a good cop.
- The OP sequence is changed slightly to add the Tornader and Agito's Storm/Flame Forms.
