• The young man in black in police custody has been transferred to a hospital due to a problem with the psychiatric exam.
• Detective Kouno, Houjou's and Hikawa's partner while in criminal investigation, is charged of Mana's father murder case. He tells Hikawa about Mana's father murder case.
  • Mana's father didn't have any external wounds, but his internal organs were torn apart.
  • He went to a cafe with another man before he died. It was the shop's 10th anniversary that day.
  • The two got into an argument soon after, with the other man kept saying "That's impossible!"
• Kouno and Hikawa goes to check the now unoccupied house after the murder. They find a hidden compartment with a video tape and a black ball hidden within.
• Sawaki Tetsuya tells the young man in black that he wishes to know about humans, himself, everything.
• Mana is attacked by an Unknown.
• While fighting the Unknown, Agito is stung by the Unknown's scorpion tail.
