Definition: Boy Love.

Short for "Boy Love", a genre of shoujo/josei that depicts homosexual relationships between men. The men are usually referred to as a Seme (the more active person in the relationship) and an Uke (The passive one in the relationship).

This is a genre popular among women. Such women are called fujoshi which means "rotten girls".

• AkibaYellow from AkibaRangers is really into BL.
• In Genshiken, the fujoshi members of the club are really into BL.
