The main antagonist of Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger. He is a malicious Alienizer who illegally sells weapons on the black markets for money to other Alienizers. His greatest ambition is money, as well as taking over the Earth branch of the S.P.D.
Trivia
Abrera sounds like "umbrella". It also fits, since he is a Rain Seijin.
